The 2011-2012 edition of our Community Health Resource Directory details local resources which help Allen County residents access quality, free and low-cost medical, dental, and mental health services available to help everyone in our community attain health and wellness.

Each healthcare provider’s services and hours are provided as well as links to their websites for the most up-to-date information about their operations.
