Mary Tyndall, Communications & Food Programs Director

Our Communications and Food Programs Director, Mary Tyndall, has spent most of her life in Fort Wayne and loves the many opportunities the city offers residents. After starting her career in TV journalism, Mary transitioned to the marketing and communications field. She worked as Communications Director for United Way of Greater Battle Creek and United Way of Allen County, and most recently as a Public Information Officer for the City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division. She enjoys finding creative ways to communicate information that will help people improve their lives.

Mary serves on the Board of Directors of Amani Family Services and the Advisory Committee for the Purdue Fort Wayne Department of Communication. She and her husband Dave have two sons and are parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Mary graduated from DePauw University with a degree in English Literature and Communication.
