St. Joseph Community Health Foundation is a tax exempt, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency. Donations are welcomed by the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation to advance our work to improve the health and healthcare access of the poor and vulnerable in our community. Gifts to the Foundation may be made in cash, appreciated securities, wills, life insurance and/or through an estate or trust in memory or in honor of an important person or health issue in your life. A Generous Bequest

The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation received a generous bequest from the Estate of Dennis L. Donovan in April 2011. Dennis shared with his family that he wanted to thank the Poor Handmaids who had provided exceptional care to his mother at St. Joseph Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He chose to do so through the Poor Handmaids' St. Joseph Community Health Foundation. Accepting the check from Dennis' family are (pictured from left): Sr. Julienne Smith, PHJC; Carol Venderley, family member; Sr. Carole Langhauser, PHJC; Tim Donovan, brother; Judge Thomas J.
