HEAL markets feature a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers whenever possible.

A unique feature of the markets is that HEAL (through funding from St. Joseph Community Health Foundation and Parkview Health) doubles the purchasing power for individuals with SNAP EBT cards or Senior/WIC produce vouchers. HEAL Farm Markets are the only farm markets in the area to offer a “double up” program. This means if you use WIC or SNAP you can double the amount of produce purchased at HEAL Farm Markets for no additional cost.

To check eligibility for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or to apply, go to fssabenefits.in.gov. The SNAP Help Line, 800-403-0864, can also provide information.
