Notre Dame’s Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO)

St. Joe Foundation is excited to bring you a partnership opportunity with the University of Notre Dame’s Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO). LEO matches top researchers with passionate leaders in the social service sector to conduct impact evaluations that identify innovative, effective, and scalable programs and policies that help people move permanently out of poverty. They realize that decades of “business as usual” have not sufficiently turned the tide on poverty and have left us with a scant understanding of what works to lift lives. They believe rigorous research can end poverty and a new beginning for millions of families ready to thrive.

Curious if you and your agency might be a good fit. Please watch the recording of the informational webinar we hosted to learn more about LEO, their partnership process, and how you can join their 2024 Cohort! Interested organizations have until January to apply for the next 2024 Cohor, with several workshops scheduled between now and then. The next workshop is on August 8 and August 9.

For more information, watch a short webinar recording for more details. Or, reach out to Missi Cowart at acowart@nd.edu. We encourage you to attend to learn more about how this type of evaluation partnership could be additive to your work.
